Portuguese Developer Partners Beaufort to Develop East Legon Waterfront Scheme

Beaufort Properties is pleased to announce a joint venture partnership with NextRegra Group to take over the Riviera Residence waterfront development project in East Legon. The Riviera scheme is a 100 unit development with retail and commercial space. The scheme has a man-made lake as its backdrop and will be completing Phase 1 in March 2019 with Phase 2 in September 2019. With head offices in Portugal and Ghana, NextRegra is a fully integrated player in Property Development and Asset Management in both Europe and the West Africa Region. The group’s recent development in Ghana includes the 5,070sqm 5th Avenue Corporate Offices in the Cantonments.
