Beaufort and Denya Introduce New Projects with Innovative Price and Payment Options

As mentioned previously, Beaufort is also collaborating with Denya Developers on a number of projects across Accra. After almost a decade of experience in Ghana’s nascent market, we have come to the simple realization that in a market where effective demand for housing is limited by the availability of single digit interest mortgages, price point and financial engineering become critical for would-be homeowners. Our upcoming projects will include financing options which enable buyers to spread payments over longer investment horizons or buy with lower initial deposits. Our pilot project for this will be in our upcoming projects in Airport Residential in 2018 and Cantonments ( 2019). We currently have the Ivy under construction in East legon.
